Holiday Cranberry Brie Bites
The holidays are officially here and with Thanksgiving being this week, I wanted to share one of my personal favorites along with a family favorite. These cranberry Brie bites are the perfect blend of sweet and savory and the Brie truly just melts in your mouth with each bite. Not only are they fairly quick and easy to make but they don’t require a lot of ingredients either! These Brie bites taste just as beautiful as they look! I mean, look how gorgeous!
Equipment
- Mini Muffin Tin
- Rolling Pin optional
Ingredients
- all-purpose flour
- 8 oz can crescent roll dough, puff pastry dough, or biscuit dough
- 1 can Whole Cranberry Sauce
- 8 oz Wheel of Brie
- Chopped pecans or walnuts optional
- Rosemary sprigs optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit and prepare/grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- On a clean surface, roll out dough (crescent rolls, puff pastry, or biscuit dough) into a flat, thin even layer. If using crescent rolls, you will want to pinch the seems together to prevent them from separating. Cut dough into 24 even size squares and place each square in separate muffin tin slots.
- Cut brie into even size pieces big enough to fill majority of the inside of dough. Top each brie piece with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, a piece of pecan, walnut (or you can skip this step if nut free) and top with a small sprig of rosemary.
- Place muffin tin in over for approximately 12-15, or until dough is golden brown.
- Enjoy!
