Easy & Delicious Lactation Cookie
These cookies are super simple to make and contain some essentials ingredients that are proven to boost your milk supply. You can simple omit the brewers yeast to make a more family/kid friendly cookie that you won’t feel guilty about them eating! Added bonus… they’re dairy free!
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan salt
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tsp Brewers Yeast
Wet Ingredients
- 2 Bananas mashed
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
- 3/4 Cup Nut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Combine all wet ingredients in a medium bowl and add to dry ingredients.
- Stir all ingredients until well combined.
- Scoop into 1-2 inch balls (I used an ice cream scoop) and place on a prepared baking sheet approximately 1 inch apart. Cookies do not have to be spaced far apart as these to not spread or expand.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy!
Notes
If you’re looking for a more family/kid friendly version of this cookie, omit the brewers yeast and still enjoy a delicious “healthier” cookie!
