Peanut Butter Banana Protein Bread
A delicious, moist, protein bread that is so easy to make and something you and your kids will love!
Equipment
- 9×5 loaf pan
- 1 bowl
- parchment paper (optional)
Ingredients
Wet ingredients
- 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt or plain
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 Cup coconut milk or protein milk any milk will work
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder I love orgain
- 1/4 cup PB Fit powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- chocolate chips measure with your heart
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F
- Prepare 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with avocado oil or butter
- Combine wet ingredients in a bowl until combined.
- Add dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) into wet ingredients and stir until well combined and no longer clumpy
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean!
- Wait to cut until bread is cooled. Enjoy!
