Peanut Butter Banana Protein Bread

A delicious, moist, protein bread that is so easy to make and something you and your kids will love!

Equipment

  • 9x5 loaf pan
  • 1 bowl
  • parchment paper (optional)

Ingredients
  

Wet ingredients

  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt or plain
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Cup coconut milk or protein milk any milk will work

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder I love orgain
  • 1/4 cup PB Fit powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • chocolate chips measure with your heart

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 °F
  • Prepare 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with avocado oil or butter
  • Combine wet ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  • Add dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) into wet ingredients and stir until well combined and no longer clumpy
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean!
  • Wait to cut until bread is cooled. Enjoy!
